KIDS COUNT, an annual report by the Children's Defense Fund – Minnesota, was created to provide community influencers and policymakers with data and benchmarks on child development so that they may work to secure a safer and healthier future for all children. The 2020 election-year edition was accompanied by a Voter Guide, social media promotion, and PowerPoint presentation.
