DPS Enrollment Guides
Our Elementary and Secondary Enrollment Guides were my favorite DPS project! I loved working with copywriting and translations each year on this mammoth project. At 100 pages each, these guides are chock full of information and a great way to flex my organizational muscles.
After publication the fun continued as portions of each guide were designed into region-specific packets (26 total) and mailed directly to families.
Employee Benefits Guide
DPS benefits open enrollment materials help over 15,000 employees understand their options and select their personal health plan each year.
Handbook for Families and Students
The Denver Public Schools Handbook is a one-stop resource covering every topic from graduation requirements to weather delays. It was a fun design challenge that required balancing easy-to-read, actionable callouts among loads of detailed information. In all, the book totaled 5 chapters and 44 pages in English and Spanish.
Family Welcome Guide
With 200+ schools, DPS can be tricky to navigate for students new to the United States. The Family Welcome Guide, published in 10 languages, outlined how DPS classes and coursework are structured and helped connect immigrant families with resources in their community.
